These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h999 ("h999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the h999 website at https://h999.vu and any associated subdomains or applications.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

Age Verification: h999 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence — to verify your age and identity at any point. Accounts subject to pending verification may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay suspended until the process is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on h999. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. h999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and any balances therein may be forfeited at h999's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.

h999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available free of charge through your account security settings and provides a substantial additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

• h999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• h999 may, at its sole discretion, request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with our dormancy policy as updated from time to time. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

All financial transactions on h999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h999 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have successfully completed the registration and identity verification process.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h999. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral depending on the severity of the conduct:

• Creating more than one account, using another person's account, or registering using false identity information.
• Attempting to launder money or using h999 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to h999 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes or circumvent house rules.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to access h999 from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or discriminatory behaviour toward h999 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the h999 platform or its underlying software.

All content on the h999 platform — including but not limited to the h999 brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, audio, written content, software code, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of h999 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and is immediately revoked upon termination of your account.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any h999 content without prior written consent from h999.
• Screen recording, live streaming, or broadcasting of h999 live dealer games or proprietary software without express written authorisation is prohibited.
• Third-party game content available on h999 is licensed from its respective developers and is subject to those developers' own intellectual property rights.

Either you or h999 may terminate your account at any time. You may close your account by contacting h999 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the verification requirements in Section 4.

h999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
